Q:Will you pick me up anywhere?

A:Right now, we will pick you and your car up anywhere in Lackawanna County along with some of Luzerne County down to Wilkes-Barre(Including Mohegan Sun Casino). We hope to expand even further next year.

Q:Will you drive me and/or my car anywhere?

A:Yes, you name it...we will drive you or your car anywhere you desire (advance notice desired for extreme cases). If you are willing to assume return travel expenses or a pre-determined agreement, then the world (ocean's aside) is your oyster.

Q:How does my driver get home or to their next customer?

A:We use either a chase retrieval car and driver or a folding moped that neatly folds up and fits into most trunks.

Q:Do you only work late at night?

A:No, we are available 365 days a year 24 hrs a day by appointment. We offer a full spectrum of daytime driving, errand, concierge, and local courier services as well as a wedding, holiday, and corporate parties.

Q:Do I have to be a member of JackMojo to use your services?

A. The answer is yes and no. Currently we are offering our services to anyone and everyone for all services. However, shortly, we will be exclusively members only for the purposes of having all of your information at our disposal in order to provide superior white glove customer service. We are going to be offering all types of membership packages, including personal assistant, errand, and concierge memberships. Stay tuned for more updates.

Q:How much is it to become a basic member?

A:The basic membership is only $3 per month or $30 per year paid in advance.

Q:Will you deliver food, groceries, or stop on the way home?

A:Yes, as long as the request is legal, we will do it-You name it, and we will provide the service for the same basic rates-no matter what. (check our 1/4 hour unit rate plans)
